New Testament Scriptures
Did Jesus destroy the Law? Will the Law ever passed away?
17 “Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. What should be our attitude toward sin in our lives? Does God really want us to cut off our hands and tear out our eyes?

45 Then he opened their minds so that they might understand the Scriptures. 46 He told them, “This is how it is written: the Messiah was to suffer and rise from the dead on the third day, 47 and then repentance and forgiveness of sins is to be proclaimed in his name to all the nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
Luke 24:44-46 ISV

John 5:39 ISV
Did Messiah Jesus send the Holy Spirit to guide us into all truth?
13 Yet when the Spirit of Truth comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own accord, but will speak whatever he hears and will declare to you the things that are to come. 14 He will glorify me, because he will take what is mine and declare it to you. 15 All that the Father has is mine. Acts 2: 14-16 ISV
Are we living in the last days? Did Peter teach that we were by pointing to the prophet Joel? Will the Holy Spirit continue to be active during the seven years of Jacob’s trouble? Will anyone who calls on the name of Messiah Jesus be saved even during the Tribulation? Is this the origin of the Tribulation Saints?
17 ‘In the last days, God says,
I will pour out my Spirit on everyone.
Your sons and your daughters will prophesy,
your young men will see visions,
and your old men will dream dreams.
18 In those days I will even pour out my Spirit
on my slaves, men and women alike,
and they will prophesy.
19 I will display wonders in the sky above
and signs on the earth below:
blood, fire, and clouds of smoke.
20 The sun will become dark,
and the moon turn to blood,
before the coming of the great and glorious Day of the Lord.
21 Then whoever calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.’
Acts 2:14-21 ISV
What should our attitude be when presented with new Biblical teachings? What should we do next to prove that the teachings are correct?

Were the partial types in the Old Testament explained by the Messiah Jesus?

Based on the absolute accuracy of prophecies about Jesus’ first coming, then is there any doubt that Bible prophecies about His second coming are not just as accurate? Is both the prophecy and its interpretation is based on the influence of the Holy Spirit?
19 Therefore we regard the message of the prophets as confirmed beyond doubt, and you will do well to pay attention to it, as to a lamp that is shining in a gloomy place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts. 20 First of all, you must understand this: No prophecy in Scripture is a matter of one’s own interpretation, 21 because no prophecy ever originated through a human decision. Instead, men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.
2 Peter 1:19-21 ISV
What is the danger of adding to or taking away from Scripture?
For I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book; and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
